Top Yoga Books Review

Primarily there are two types of yoga books: there is the Yoga book that teaches the physical moves of Yoga and how to perform them, and there is the Yoga book that is more spiritual in nature, teaching the deeper philosophical and spiritual underpinnings of Yoga.

Everybody loves the books that explain the physical side of Yoga, giving ideas on how to reach and hold many of the poses they experience in Yoga classes. But it is also true that the longer people practice the physical techniques of Yoga, the more they become interested in yoga’s spiritual side.

It is a physical journey, but it uses a mental process, and so Yoga practitioners can work through emotional stress and psychological challenges while doing the moves, but they also like gaining a deeper understanding of the mental and spiritual benefits of Yoga.

These books cover the two types of yoga books and offer a lot of insight into the methods and approaches to finding a full and fulfilling yoga practice.
